CSP celebrates 100 years of royal recognition

2020 marks a hundred years since the CSP was granted its royal chartered status by King George V.

The centenary will be marked throughout the year and Frontline will be including coverage in each issue to highlight how the physiotherapy profession is moving forwards and building on the legacy of the last 100 years.

Our coverage will include articles, columns and online content, which will explore how lessons from the profession’s past successes can be applied to present challenges and future goals.

As well as reflecting on what CSP has achieved since it gained its Royal Charter in 1920, we also want to encourage you to get involved with ongoing and upcoming campaigns, events and strategic plans that will help to position physiotherapy at the helm of an evolving healthcare system.

And we hope you will use our upcoming content to inspire and empower yourself, so you can help to contribute to the profession’s future accomplishments - by raising your profile, widening your skill-set and increasing your power to influence – so CSP and its members can continue to make a positive difference in the future.

The centenary of our Royal Charter will also be marked by a new logo (above), which will appear alongside the normal CSP branding during the remainder of the year.
