Come along to the next CSP South West hosted event on the 25 November - Self-care, resilience and preventing burn-out

Taking place on Wednesday 25 November, 7pm – 8:30pm, this online event hosted by the CSP South West regional network aims to provide delegates with tips and ideas for self-care and resilience during these particularly challenging times.

Speakers include Sudhir Daya Founder and Director of Integrated Health, a physiotherapist and life architect. Sudhir will explore strategies for achieving a better work/life balance amongst other ideas that will inspire your thinking around improvements to your mental wellbeing. Dr Miriam Fine, Lecturer at Queen Mary University of London, Life Coach and Quality Improvement Coach, will be basing her ideas and suggestions on her extensive experience coaching healthcare professionals. Finally Emma Wadey who is Head of Mental Health Nursing NHSE/I and National Clinical Lead COVID-19 Mental Health, Learning Disability, Autism response cell will be discussing mental health  and staff wellbeing.
