The CSP office will be closed between Christmas and New Year (25 December-2 January).  If you need urgent advice during this period visit "Advice for members during the holiday closure"

Obtaining a new membership certificate

There is a charge of £10.00 for a replacement membership certificate for registered members.

To request a new membership certificate, please contact the CSP Enquiries Team (ET). How you contact the ET may depend on your method of payment and whether or not you have an outdated certificate to send back.

There are two ways to pay for your replacement membership certificate:

  1. Cheque – please make cheques payable to either The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy or The CSP.
  2. PayPal – you need to notify the Enquiries Team, either by telephone on 020 7306 6666 or by sending an email to enquiries@csp.org.uk, that you wish to make a payment by this method. They will then email you a link, which once opened will lead you through the process.

You will also need to send the CSP some form of photo id, such as a copy of your passport or driving licence.

If you have a membership certificate that does not reflect your current name, please send the outdated certificate back to the CSP. If you have lost your certificate, you will need to provide ET with details of the loss.
