- Our programme uses a modern and innovative integrated blended learning approach using technology to support face-to-face teaching, requiring university attendance not more than three days in any week.
- Academics deliver our programme with extensive clinical experience and guest lecturers who are experienced clinicians.
- We offer an active learning one-week observational placement in the first year of study – a unique opportunity in a range of settings. Additionally, the first Practice Placement is a four-week (20 hours/week) simulation placement to gain fundamental clinical and assessment skills.
- The university has a well-established range of healthcare care and nursing programmes, including an MSc Physiotherapy (Pre-registration) programme and we work closely with NHS and Primary Care Trusts across Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas.
- We have purpose-built facilities, including well-equipped simulation clinics and rehabilitation teaching rooms, where students are taught throughout their course.
