NHS England has produced a library of bite-sized e-learning sessions, which provide helpful evidence, guidance and support on a variety of public health topics, while also signposting users to other trusted sources of information. There are currently 33 e-learning sessions available here. 

Health inequities: now and in the future

A new insight report from the Health Foundation examines the current and projected patterns of illness by deprivation in England, using present data and trends to calculate the expected impact by 2040. tinyurl.com/4rucrsdzmes 

Welcoming and supporting disabled learners

The CSP has produced new online guidance to help make physiotherapy more accessible to disabled learners. It provides information, to best support disabled learners, aimed at physio educators in higher education institutions, practice education and for learners. 

Using the fit note 

The Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational Health and Ergonomics (ACPOHE) have produced a guide that provides practical guidance on how to complete the Med 3 Fit note or AHP Health and Work report. You can access the guide here.  

New ACPPLD animation

The Association of Chartered Physiotherapists for People with Learning Disabilities (ACPPLD) has created a short animation about the role of specialist learning disability physios. The short film explores their specialist role, the specialist adjustments they make and highlights how they are able to improve physiotherapy outcomes for people with a learning disability.
