Top study tips

  • Organise study groups with your course mates to revise practical techniques, your uni might let you book rooms and anatomical models for these sessions.
  • Buddy up with students in higher years, they’ve already been through your assessments and can help you prepare for them.
  • Make flashcards on Quizlet.com for each of your modules, you might find cards from previous years already exist.
  • Use an anatomical skeleton with play doh for muscles to revise origins and insertions.
  • Create a physiotherapy collection folder on instagram to save physio-related posts and share with your cohort.
  • Revise anatomy by painting muscles onto your own leg/arm using body paints.
  • Sign up to your local CSP regional network for regular CPD events and networking opportunities.
  • Look after your wellbeing, see what resources your own university offers or organisations like studentminds.org.uk.
