MSc Physiotherapy (pre-registration)

Key features

The MSc Physiotherapy (pre-registration) is a qualifying course that provides individuals who already have a relevant bachelor’s degree the opportunity to undertake a Physiotherapy course leading to registration at Master’s level.  The course is open to home, EU and international students.

The Faculty of Health and Life Science has a long standing reputation for the quality of its teaching and research, with a warm and supportive environment in which to learn.

This two-year full-time Physiotherapy Course combines robust academic development with evidence-based clinical practice which will equips students with the skills required to apply for registration with the Health and Care Professions Council as a Physiotherapist and membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

Throughout the course students benefit from dual level learning and an interprofessional approach to learning in which some modules will be shared with other health and social care students.  This type of learning helps students prepare for work in the current health care environment.
