CSP affiliated organisations

CSP affiliated organisation status marks a formal association with CSP for independent physiotherapy networks and groups that share similar strategic priorities and a wish for closer collaboration.

Organisations that achieve this recognition are able to promote the association and use our 'CSP affiliated organisation' branding.

To qualify for affiliated organisation recognition, groups or networks should:

  • be not-for-profit;
  • have physiotherapists, physiotherapy support workers and/or physiotherapy students as the majority of their members;
  • support one or more of the CSP's corporate strategic aims through their work;
  • have the approval of relevant CSP professional, diversity or regional networks, where they have any degree of overlap with an existing CSP network;
  • present no risk to the reputation of the CSP through the association, either on formation or subsequently.

How to become a CSP affiliated organisation

Application is a two-stage process. CSP staff will discuss with potential affiliates how they meet the criteria above, before putting a request for approval to CSP council, who make the final decision.
